The Project Consultant (TPC) is a consulting company that specializes in issue processing and problem solving with workshops for companies of all sizes. We have developed our own program, the TPC 8-Step System, which has been tried and tested by countless businesses in manufacturing and service industries. The TPC team are a boutique group of experts with over eighty years combined startup and C-suite working experience. We have both individually launched, or participated in several startups, and have a deep understanding of the pitfalls and ultimate challenges in entrepreneurship, business growth and management.
