Here's how our workshops work:We prefer groups of twelve or less to maximize effectiveness. It is an all-day process for each group of twelve. Everyone enters with an issue or problem that is affecting their performance, their team's performance, their bottom line specifically, or the company in general. In addition to a problem, the processor must research and analyze the cause or causes of their problem. From there we go through the remaining steps which includes a questioning step with your other team members or executives. Answers. Reframing the problem. Possible solutions. Analysis techniques. Action steps. And finally, promises to act.

We use our, TPC 8-step system in our problem solving workshops. It works better with a group. Why? There's an old saying that people can't see the forest for the trees. If you are too deep in the weeds, you might find it difficult to ask yourself the hard questions. Others, especially those you work with, are often better at assessing and drilling down to ask you more relevant, informed and meaningful questions. That is our secret sauce. |
