The Project Consultant (TPC) is a consulting company that specializes in issue processing and problem solving with workshops for companies of all sizes. Our program, the TPC 8-Step System, has been tried and tested by countless businesses in manufacturing and service industries. We divide our workshops into two main sections: 1. perform analysis to help identify a problem and 2. use our models to apply a best use solution.

Correctly identifying a problem is the first and most important step in solving it. What we've found, however, is that people often don’t know what their problem is. They think they know. And they think they are taking the right steps to solve it. But you don’t know what steps to take if you are improperly identifying what your real problem is. Our workshops take you on a journey to properly frame yours.

Tailored solutions and actionable items.Different solutions are required for different types of problems. Due to our combined level of education and experience, we work with you to find the best solutions and your actionable items. Having a forecasting problem? Try, Wisdom of the Crowd. Inventory purchases? We suggest, Normal Distribution analysis. Marketing v. Sales? Regression Analysis is a great fit. Sometimes, just a better pro and con list fits the bill. We have one!
